In addition, Moonlight will provide one on-line Order Form, Questionnaire or Message Board with responses forwarded to your Email address. Moonlight will also assist you in the selection and registration of your own Domain name (www.yourname.com) and make all the arrangements to establish your own virtual domain account and have your newly designed Web site pages loaded for the world to see. Moonlight Web Services will serve as your web presence host and management resource and your site will be located at www.yourname.com for the monthly fee of only $19.99. Moonlight serves as a single point of contact for your Virtual Domain Account, and will include the monthly domain account fee in your monthly service invoice. Optionally, Moonlight will provide up to five hours per month of site management services for a fixed monthly management fee. Alternatively, Moonlight is always available to provide web design and maintenance services on a time and materials basis. Our Full Moon Program
